P&P Policies and Forms

ACT P&P Policy - For details on all Proposals and Publications Committee policies and procedures, please review this current Publications & Proposals Policy document.

If you are considering a grant that would rely on the analysis of existing ACT data and/or collect new data in the ACT cohort, please also review the ACT Ancillary Study Policy. Ancillary grant proposals must undergo a more extensive review process to adequately review feasibility and, when applicable, additions to participant burden. Please contact kpwa.actproposals@kp.org if you have questions or need guidance about next steps.

Request Data

Interested in working with the ACT Study to submit a grant proposal using ACT data or resources? Want to request access to ACT data for a research question?

First, review the project and core leads named in our About section. Please reach out to an ACT scientist working in the area of your interest for consultation and guidance.

If you're proposing a single data analysis or manuscript that does not involved submitting for ancillary grant funding, work with your ACT collaborator to download and complete an ACT Study data request formEmail it to us when complete for P&P Committee review.

If you're proposing submission of a new grant proposal using ACT data or resources, please begin by reviewing the ACT Ancillary Study Policy. When ready, you will complete an Ancillary Study Application Form and email the ACT Study to assess feasibility and submission timing. Be sure to copy your ACT collaborator on the message.

Contact us if you have any other questions.

Sign Agreements

The ACT Collaborative Research Agreement & ACT Data Use Agreement (if external to KPWHRI) will be required to be signed and executed to conduct  research.
